Had an issue with the product which was resolved very quickly. The customer service staff responded to my messages very quickly and were really helpful. It's the first time I've been really impressed by any company's customer service in ages.

My new bean bag is awesome. I’m 6.3’ and it has plenty of room for me. The guys at Bigbirtha were incredibly helpful and I’m just about to order a second one for my wife so she’ll leave mine alone.

Amazing quality, had a small delivery issue but this was quickly rectified by a great customer service team. Beanbag looks so good and is super comfy

The product was delivered with some delay but the company was helpful in contact. When the product was delivered there was not enough filling so I made a complain. They sent me the same day a new bag with (to much) filling and now the product is what I’ve expected. The service is very fast and helpful thinking in the best solution. I would recommend!

Absolutely delighted with my new beanbag! Guys from BigBertha sent it very quick, specially considering I've ordered close to Black Friday and they must have had loads of orders. Unfortunately the initial parcel somehow got lost with the delivery company, but the customer help from BigBertha was absolutely fantastic and sorted the issue very quickly, sent me another parcel and now it's finally here. I'm super happy with it. Very good quality and comfortable.

Recently we ordered 3 bags at Big Bertha. The bags are made of high quality material and really comfortable.
Unfortunately we had a small problem with one of the bags so we contacted big bertha's support.
They responded very quick on every mail i send tho them and were very helpful. They solved the problem and gave us a great service.
When we need another bag we definitely order one at Big Bertha.

I’m not really happy with this product, very hard putting the beans in, I have other bean bags that were so easy, size not what expected from the pictures, too about 10 days before I was told the colour I wanted wasn’t in stock, and cannot get through to the company by phone

Great beanbag chair. At first I didn't get enough padding and once I mentioned it to the guys, they sent it over within 2 days.
